All authorized returns are subject to a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee, which shall be deducted from any refund issued. Original delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable. Should return pickup be required, additional fees shall apply. Products should be in new condition. Delivery dates and times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, transit delays, or other events beyond our control. If a customer has any issues regarding the purchase of their items, we ask that they contact us within 3 business days. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We do accept exchanges. Refund processing times takes 5 days.
