Return & Refund Policy
- The item must be new, unused, and unassembled.
- All original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- All Approved Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Original delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable. If return pickup is required, an additional fee will apply.
- Custom orders, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Final Sale or Special Order merchandise
- Mattresses, foundations, bedding, pillows, and linens
- Individual components of sectionals
- Cordless power packs
- Assembled or modified items

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive at our showroom. While we make every effort to ensure a prompt delivery, some factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing schedules and shipping logistics, may impact the timeline.
Once your order is placed online or in-store, it is immediately processed with the manufacturer. Most orders arrive within a couple of weeks, but in some cases, it may take the full three weeks.
We understand the excitement of receiving your items, and we’re just as eager for you to have them. Rest assured, we do everything we can to expedite the process and keep you informed along the way.
